My Villas in Bali

These 8 villas are detached private bungalows with private pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining room and living room at the same time. The bungalows have bathrooms with bathtub and separate shower as well as bedroom. Each unit also has its own butler, who is responsible for any questions and services that guests may require.

For us, this luxury bungalow is an investment with a monthly return, as the concept is not for our own use, but for daily rental to tourists in Bali.

It has been leased to us for 30 years (and immediately renewable) since spring 2014. We have now claimed 10 years for ourselves and have experienced both the benefits of the return and the uncalculated ballast of the current corona policy in Indonesia (as we had expenses instead of income). Yes, we have the worst behind us and can disclose everything to the new buyer.

Every year, the owner of each unit can claim up to 30 days of ‘free’ accommodation if they plan to come to Seminyak, Bali. On almost every annual coffee trip to the island of Flores, we combine a stay and relaxation in our own bungalow. Breakfast and extra bed for us as a family with 2 small children is the actual cost we had to pay during our stay.

We are very grateful for the concept, but since we feel it is now a new phase of life with us and our grown-up children and this facility we can now use for the necessary missionary works regarding the faith project coffee bus. So we want to entrust our luxury bungalow to the new owner.

Price: 375.000 € (negotiable)
Monthly return: between 500 € and 1,400 € net
, depending on how often all 8 villas are rented per month (changes monthly), but usually 85% occupancy.

If you are seriously interested in buying, you should fly there and stay overnight in the bungalow to experience it with body and soul. I can fly with you. Otherwise, my sister in Jakarta, Indonesia, can also accompany you from there.

Sidenote:

Young Management - run by an Australian friend named Aaron Young from Brisbane - presented his roadmap to us in the summer of 2013 during a visit directly to him in Seminyak, Bali, which he has already fully implemented.

At that time, there was only one completed bungalow, which had already been rented out and was already generating income for the owner.

7 more bungalows were to be built and so Aaron also looked for investors among his relatives and good friends. Shortly before we returned to Saxony after our sabbatical year in Indonesia (autumn 2012 to summer 2013) to start a new mission site in Döbeln, God led us to Aaron Young during our visit to a Hillsong Australia church planting ministry on the island of Bali.
