ROAST COFFEE

As a dedicated specialty coffee roaster we love to experiment different roast profiles such as light, medium and dark roast on every micro and nano lot beans - from each of our farmer families that Eric also knows personally from his personal visit to Indonesia.

At the moment, he is using the very limited green beans that Nicolas brought from the 2020 and 2021 harvests available from Lodovikus Vadirman as the head of ASNIKOM’s small scale coffee farmers cooperative’s board director. 

As the SUJI sample roaster, already imported to Nairobi and still perfectly stored in Abdul's warehouse, could not be redeemed by Abdul there (read about this problem here), Eric is working with Jowam Coffee Roaster in Lavington, Nairobi, to be able to use their 6 kg Giesen machine from the Netherlands to roast these given green beans.

Eric still have another 2 small limited batches from Lodovikus Vadirman and as soon as the available batches here are sold then he will start to roast and market the other 2 batches too. 

Eric will always promote excellent royalty coffees (beyond specialty term) as each coffee has different aromas and flavours as the actual results from our beloved production results.
